eclipse maven配置
我有一个applet中用到到itext-2.1.7.jar包，在项目的配置文件pom.xml中并没有配任何有关信息，为什么maven更新的时候会去下载这个包，求高手解答maven更新难道不是只依赖于项目的pom.xml文件吗
