jquery提交包含。(Jquery submit incl. file upload in IE8)

 有什么建议么？ 它适用于其他浏览器，如Chrome浏览器，火狐浏览器，Safari浏览器...我从寻找解决方案的日子:(

Any suggestions? It works in other browsers like Chrome, Firefox, Safari... Im looking for the Solution since days :(
